While it should come with best-practice workflows out-of-the-box, an ideal solution allows an organization to easily configure forms, fields, and workflows using a simple drag-and-drop interface, without needing to write custom code. This combination of deep integration and easy configurability allows the platform to be tailored to the specific needs and processes of any organization, ensuring a better fit and higher user adoption.
